In psp open a new layer 700 by 700 white
background

From the scrap kit copy and paste a paper of
choice go to
layers load/save mask load mask from disk
apply the mask merge group

From the scrap kit copy and paste element4
image resize 80%
with magic wand click inside frame go to
selection modify expand by2
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice
selection invert delete
select none move under the frame

Click on top frame in layer palette copy and
paste your tube of choice
resize if needed position in middle of frame
erase any part of tube that is hanging over
the bottom of frame
drop shadow of choice

From the scrap kit copy and paste any other
embellishments of choice
resize if needed drop shadow of choice

From the scrap kit copy and paste a butterfly
of choice position resize drop shadow duplicate image mirror merge down so
that both butterflies are on one layer
rename butterfly1 duplicate 2 times rename
butterfly2 butterfly3

Click on butterfly1
go to effects plugins dsb flux bright noise
apply these settings :
intensity 35 click mix1 time
click on butterfly2 same settings but click
mix2 times
click on butterfly3 same settings but click
mix3 times

From scrap kit copy and paste element3 image
resize 50%
move to the top left side than move this
layer down
to above the white background duplicate image
mirror duplicate image flip
duplicate image mirror merge down until all 4
sparkles are on one layer rename sparkle1 duplicate 2 times rename sparkle2
sparkle3

Click on sparkle1
go to effects plugins dsb flux bright
noise apply these settings :
intensity 35 click mix1 time
click on sparkle2 same settings but click
mix2 times
click on sparkle3 same settings but click
mix3 times

Click on top layer in layer palette add
your name and copyright

In layer palette X out these layers:
butterfly2 butterfly3
sparkle2 sparkle3
copy merged paste in animation shop

Back in psp X out these layers:
butterfly1 butterfly3
sparkle1 sparkle3
un X
butterfly2 sparkle2
copy merged paste in animation shop after
current layer

Back in psp X out these layers:
butterfly1 butterfly2
sparkle1 sparkle2
un X
butterfly3 sparkle3
copy merged paste in animation shop after
last layer

Image resize of choice save as a gif all
done
