In psp open a new image 700 by 700 white
background

From the scrap kit copy and paste a paper of
choice
go to layers load/save mask load mask from
disk
apply the mask merge group

From the scrap kit copy and paste frame1
image resize 70%
with magic wand click inside the frame go to
selection modify expand by4
from the kit copy and paste a paper of
choice selection invert delete
select none move under the frame click on the
frame and merge down to the paper than merge down to the white background
rename bg

In layer palette click on top frame copy and
paste your tube of choice
resize if needed position to the right
side of frame

From the kit copy and paste ballonsbear image
resize 50%
position on the left side of frame
rename bear1
duplicate 2 times rename bear2 bear3

From the scrap kit copy and paste ballonstick
image resize 55%
position on the right side of tube
rename stick1
duplicate 2 times rename stick2 stick3

From the scrap kit copy and paste any
embellishments of choice
resize position see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

In layer palette click on bear1 with freehand
selection tool
circle the part of the bears nose and
the glitter parts in the balloon
go to effects plugins dsb flux bright noise
apply these settings:
intensity 40 click mix1 time

Click on bear2 use same settings but click
mix2 times

Click on bear3 use same settings but click
mix3 times select none

Click on stick1 with magic wand click inside
the heart go to effects plugins dsb flux bright noise apply the same
settings as in #9 above

Click on stick2 apply same settings as in #10
above

above select none

In layer palette click on bg layer copy paste
into animation shop
duplicate 16 times for a total of 17

Still in animation shop open up heart1 from
my supplies
edit select all edit copy click back on the
original tag
edit select all edit paste into
selected frames drop on both sides
of the white part of frame keep pasting
until both sides are done

Still in animation shop open up heart2 do the
same as in #16 above
but put on the top and bottom of frame

Back in psp x out the bg layer

In layer palette X out these layers:
bear2 bear3
stick2 stick3
copy merged paste in animation shop

Back in psp X out these layers:
bear1 bear3
stick1 stick3
un X bear2 stick2
copy merged paste after current layer

Back in psp X out these layers:
bear1 bear2
stick1 stick2
un X bear3 stick3
copy merged paste in animation shop after
last layer

Still in animation shop edit select all edit
paste after last layer
keep pasting after last layer until you have
a total 17 layers

Edit select all edit copy click back on the
original tag edit select all
edit paste into selected frames
