In psp open up the template go to image
canvas size 700 by 700
delete the copyright

In layer palette click on circle go to
selection select all float defloat
from the kit copy and paste a paper of
choice selection invert delete
select none delete the original

Click on rectangle2 do the same as in #2
above

Click on rectangle do the same as in #2 above

From the kit copy and paste santa image
resize 45%
move to the left side of tag

From the kit copy and paste tree image resize
50%
move to the right side of tag

From the scrap kit copy and paste any
embellishments of choice resize
position where you like see my tag as

Copy and paste your tube of choice resize if
needed
position on top of words

Click on word art go to selection select all

go to effects dsb flux bright noise
apply these settings:
intensity 28 click mix1 time
copy merged paste in animation shop

Back in psp click undo apply same settings
but click mix2 times
copy merged paste in animation shop after
current layer

Back in psp click undo apply same
settings
but click mix3 times
copy merged paste in animation shop after
last layer
