In psp open up the template delete layers
copyright, funky,
white funky background and dots

Click on the dotted circle go to selection
select all float defloat
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice
selection invert delete select none delete the original

Click on 4 do the same as in #2 above

Click on red circle back ground do the same as in #2 above

Click on 1 do the same as in #2 above

than with magic wand click inside circle with magic wand
selection modify expand by2 copy and paste a paper of choice
selection invert delete move under circle
copy and paste your tube of choice resize position
inside the left side of circle
hit delete on keyboard select none on the tube
change the blend mode to luminanceL

Click on 5 do the same as in #2 above

Click on black lines do the same as in #2 above

Click on white circle with magic wand copy and paste a paper of choice
selection invert delete copy and paste your tube of choice again
resize delete select none change blend mode to luminanceL

From the kit copy and paste any embellishments of choice
resize position where you like

In layer palette click on the bottom white layer
from the kit copy and paste doodle5 move to the bottom left of tag
duplicate image mirror merge down

Copy and paste doodle1 resize of choice place and duplicate
as many times as you like merge these all down to the doodle5 layers
duplicate on the original go to adjust blur gaussian blur radius 15.00 apply

Click on the duplicate doodle layer go to effects plugins dsb flux bright
noise
apply these settings: intensity 45 click mix1 time
copy merged paste in animation shop

Back in psp click undo apply same plugin but click mix2 times
copy merged paste in animation shop after current layer

Back in psp click undo apply same plugin but click mix3 times
copy merged paste in animation shop after last layer

Image resize of choice save as a gif all done
