In psp open up a new image 700 by 700
white back ground

From the scrap kit copy and paste element32 image resize 85%
with magic wand click inside frame go to selection modify expand by2
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
move under the frame than from my supplies copy and paste xmastree
position toward the bottom of frame hit delete on keyboard
from the kit copy and paste element66 image resize 45%
position at the top of frame hit delete on keyboard
rename this layer ice select none

In layer palette click on top layer from the kit copy and paste element52
image resize 45% position on the bottom left side of frame

Copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed
position on the bottom right of frame

From the scrap kit copy and paste any embellishments of choice resize

Add your name and copyright

In layer palette click on the xmastree layer merge down to your paper back
ground
than merge down to your white back ground copy paste in animation shop
duplicate 9 times for a total of 10 from my supplies open the snow edit
select all edit copy
click back on the original tag edit select all edit paste into selected
frames
drop in the middle of picture

Back in psp X out the layer you just merged

In layer palette click on the ice layer go to effects plugins dsb flux
bright noise
apply these settings:
intensity 35 click mix1 time copy merged paste in animation shop

Back in psp click undo apply same settings but click mix2 times
copy merged paste in animation shop after current layer

Back in psp click undo apply same settings but click mix3 times
copy merged paste in animation shop after last layer

Still in animation shop edit select all edit copy click on the last frame

edit paste after current frame click on the last frame (6)
edit paste after current frame (9)
now click on one of the middle frames
copy click back on the last frame edit paste after current frame
you should have a total of 10 frames now
edit select all edit copy click back on the original tag
edit select all edit paste into selected frames position over the snow

edit select all edit copy click back on the original tag edit select all
edit paste into selected frames drop on the top of candle fire
