In psp open up the template go to image
resize 85%
all layers checked than go to image
canvas size 700 by 700 with these settings:
delete the copyright

In layer palette click on bottom white layer
from the kit copy and paste
a paper of choice resize than go to layers
load/save mask load mask from disk
apply the mask merge group

In layer palette click on circle with magic
wand from the kit copy and paste
a paper of choice selection invert delete select none delete the original

Click on circle2 do the same as in #3 above

Click on right circle do the same as in #3 above

Click on left circle do the same as in #3 above

Click on right circle2 with magic wand from the kit copy and paste a paper
of choice selection invert delete copy and paste your tube of choice resize
if needed
position inside the circle delete select none delete the original layer

Click on left circle2 do the same as in #7 above

Click on heart with magic wand click inside the pink part
hit delete on your keyboard from the kit copy and past a paper of choice
selection invert delete select none click back on the original heart layer
rename heart1 duplicate 2 times rename heart2 heart3

Copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed
position in middle of tag on top of word art

Click on kissable selection select all float defloat add a new raster layer
flood fill with color of choice select none delete the original

Click on small heart2 merge down to small heart1 rename smheart1
duplicate 2 times rename smheart2 smheart3

Click on right circle from the kit copy and paste element32 image resize 50%
position around the circle see my tag as reference duplicate image mirror
merge down rename circle1 duplicate 2 times rename circle2 circle3

From the kit copy and paste any other embellishments of choice
resize position where you like see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

In layer palette click on heart1 go to effects plugins dsb flux bright noise
apply these settings: intensity 35 click mix1 time
click on heart2 apply same settings but click mix2 times
click on heart3 apply same settings but click mix3 times

Click on smheart1 go to effects plugins dsb flux bright noise
apply these settings: intensity 35 click mix1 time
click on smheart2 apply same settings but click mix2 times
click on smheart3 apply same settings but click mix3 times

copy merged paste in animation shop after current layer
