In psp open a new image 700 by 700 white back
ground

From the scrap kit copy and paste element73
image resize 65%
click inside frame with magic wand go to
selection modify expand by2
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice
selection invert delete
move under the frame copy and paste your tube
of choice
position in the left side of frame delete
select none
on the tube change the blend mode to
luminanceL

Click on top frame in layer palette copy and
paste any other embellishments
of choice resize position see my tag as
reference

Copy and paste your tube again position where
you like

X out the white back ground and merge visible
all the rest of layers un
X white back ground now

Click on the merged layer duplicate 2 times
click on the original layer
go to adjust blur radial blur apply these
settings:

Click on the middle merged layer go to adjust
blur gaussian blur
apply these settings: radius 20.00

Click on top layer in layer palette add your
name and copyright

image resize 70%
position in the left side of frame
erase the butterfly and hat
go to selection select all float defloat
selection modify expand by3
add a new raster layer flood fill with white
select none
move under the words rename white

Click on the layer we renamed white go to
effects plugins dsb flux bright noise
apply these settings: intensity 45
click mix1 time
copy merged paste in animation shop

Back in psp click undo apply same settings
but click mix2 times
copy merged paste in animation shop after
current layer

Click undo apply same settings but click mix3
times copy merged
paste in animation shop after last layer

Image resize of choice save as a gif all done
