Supplies needed:   Tube of choice- I am using the fantastic art of Keith Garvey you can purchase HERE Scrap kit is called Bits and Bobs Fresh (PTU) you can purchase from HERE Template#71 HERE Word Art template#5 HERE Animations HERE Font I used is Andantino JF       Ready Set Let's Go 1 Open up the template#5 in psp go to image canvas size and resize 700 by 565 delete the water mark and dotted rectangle 2 In layer palette click on rounded rectangle selection select all float defloat add a new raster layer click on your color palette and pick to colors from the kit I used for the foreground #09a374  and the back ground #f9e365 than click on the foreground and go to gradient and flood fill the raster layer with these settings: select none drop shadow of choice delete the original rectangle 3 Click on the backgrounds layer selection select all float defloat from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer image resize 65% selection invert delete select none delete the original 4 Click inside the frames layer with magic wand selection modify expand by2 from the kit copy and paste corset2 image resize 50% move to the left frame now copy and paste corset1 image 50% move to the right side now copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed place in the middle frame selection invert hit delete on both corsets and the tube 5 Click back on the original frames selection select all float defloat add a new raster layer flood fill with the same gradient as above select none drop shadow move above the corsets and tube delete the original frame 6 Click on the small squares in layer palette selection select all float defloat from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice image resize 65% selection invert delete select none 7 Copy and paste your tube of choice again resize if needed drop shadow position see my tag as reference 8 From the kit copy and paste ribbon chain1 as a new layer image resize 50% position at the bottom of tag drop shadow 9 From the kit copy and paste bow1 as a new layer image resize 45% drop shadow position on top of ribbon 10 From the kit copy and paste any embellishments of choice resize drop shadow see my tag as reference 11 X out white back ground and merge the rest visible un X white back ground 12 Click on the white back ground from the kit copy and paste flower1 as a new layer image resize 45% move to the top left side copy and paste flower2 image resize45% move next to the first flower keep duplicating as many times as you like arrange how you like see my tag as reference X out the white back ground and merged layer and merge the flowers visible drop shadow duplicate this layer2 times for a total of 3 on the bottom layer go to adjust blur radial blur apply these settings: Click on the middle layer and go to adjust blur gaussian blur and apply these settings: radius 15.00 un X all layers 13 Copy and paste the word art as a new layer on top of all layers with magic wand click inside the word innocent copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer image resize 65% selection invert delete select none drop shadow of choice 14 Add your name and copyright 15 Copy merged and paste in animation shop duplicate 23 times for a total of 24 16 Open up the star1 animation from my supplies edit select all edit copy click back on the tag you duplicated edit select all edit paste into selected frames position at the top of the frames do the same on each frame top 17 Open up the star2 animation edit select all edit copy click back on the tag you duplicated edit select all edit paste into selected frames keep doing this until you have all the frame sides done 18 Image resize of choice save as a gif all done   Thank you for trying my tut Hugs, Kay   Home This tutorial was written on May14, 2009 any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental
