In psp open a new image 700 by 700 flood fill with white

From the scrap kit copy and paste a paper of choice go to layers
load/save mask load mask from disk apply mask merge group

From the scrap kit copy and paste frame7 image resize 55%
with pick tool stretch out on each sides a little with selection tool set to rectangle
 draw a rectangle over the frame from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none move under the frame

From the kit copy and paste pot of gold image resize 25%
 position on the left bottom of frame  rename gold1

From the kit copy and paste rainbow1 image resize 45%
 move under the pot of gold position how you like see my tag as reference
 rename rainbow1

In layer palette click on top layer copy and paste your tube of choice
resize if needed position on the right side of frame

From the kit copy and paste words of choice resize
and position where you choose

From the kit copy and paste any other embellishments
of choice resize position

Add your name and copyright

In layer palette click on gold1 duplicate2 times rename gold2 gold3

Click on gold1 with freehand tool circle the gold in the pot
go to effects plugins dsb flux bright noise apply these settings:
intensity 32 click mix1 time

Click on gold2 apply same settings but click mix2 times

Click on gold3 apply same settings but click mix3 times
 select none now

Click on rainbow1 duplicate 2 times rename rainbow2 rainbow3

Click on rainbow1 apply same settings as in #11 above

Click on rainbow2 apply same settings as in #12 above

Click on rainbow3 apply same settings as in #13 above

In layer palette X out these layers:
gold2 gold3 rainbow2 rainbow3
copy merged paste in animation shop

Back in psp X out these layers:
gold1 gold3 rainbow1 rainbow3
un X gold2 rainbow2
copy merged paste in animation shop after current layer

Back in psp X out these layers:
gold1 gold2 rainbow1 rainbow2
un X gold3 rainbow3
copy merged paste in animation shop after last layer

Image resize of choice save as a gif all done
