In psp open up a new image 700 by 700 white back ground

From my supplies copy and paste red background as a new layer

From my supplies copy and paste border1
position in center of red background

From my supplies copy and paste border2
position in center of red background

From the scrap kit copy and paste element52
position at bottom of tag move under red background rename (flower bottom)
duplicate image mirror move to top of tag under red back ground
rename (flower top)

In layer palette click on top layer from the scrap kit
copy and paste element52 again
image rotate 90 degrees to the left
image resize 70% duplicate image mirror

From the kit copy and paste element100
image resize 45% position on top of tag

From the scrap kit copy and paste any other embellishments
of choice resize position

Type out any sayings you wish
position in middle of tag

Add your name and your copyright

Click on flower bottom duplicate on the original
go to adjust blur gaussian blur radius 15.00

Click on flower top do the same as in #11 above

Image resize of choice all layers checked

Save as a png or jpg all done
