Add a drop shadow of choice on any layers you choose

Ready Set Let's Go

In psp open up the template go to image canvas size 700 by 700

delete the copyright

In layer palette click on the white background from the scrap kit
copy and paste splatterbg image resize 80% move to the top right corner
duplicate image mirror duplicate image flip duplicate image mirror
merge down until all 4 splatter layers are on 1 layer duplicate
on the original one go to adjust blur gaussian blur radius 10.00

In layer palette click on the top (duplicated) splatter layer from the kit
copy and paste doodle02 move to the top right side duplicate image mirror
duplicate image flip duplicate image mirror merge down
until all 4 doodles are on 1 layer rename doodle1
duplicate 2 times rename doodle2 doodle3

In layer palette click on glittered oval add a drop shadow of choice

In layer palette click on oval go to selection select all float defloat
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
select none delete the original

Click on circle do the same as in #5 above

Copy and paste your tube of choice arrange in the middle of frame

Click on wordart by missy with magic wand click inside the black part of
ONE OF A KIND and ME than promote selection to layer
flood fill this layer with color of choice select none
rename words1 duplicate 2 times rename words2 words3
click on the original wordart by missy click on your change to target brush
and color the words with color of choice

Click on star2 merge down to star1 click on your change to target brush
and color the stars with color of choice rename star1
duplicate 2 times rename star2 star3

From the scrap kit copy and paste dragon fly image resize 45%
position on top of words rename bug1 duplicate2 times rename bug2 bug3

From the scrap kit copy and paste any other embellishments of choice resize

Add your name and copyright

In layer palette click on bug1 with magic wand click inside the wings
go to effects dsb flux bright noise apply these settings:
intensity34 click mix1 time
click on bug2 click mix2 times
click on bug3 click mix3 times
select none

Click on star1 go to effects dsb flux bright noise apply these settings:
intensity34 click mix1 time
click on star2 click mix2 times
click on star3 click mix3 times

Click on words1 go to effects dsb flux bright noise apply these settings:
intensity34 click mix1 time

copy merged paste in animation shop

copy merged paste in animation shop after current layer
