In psp open up the template go to image
canvas size
700 by 700 delete the copyright

Click on the bottom white background layer
from the kit
copy and paste a paper of choice go to layers
load/save mask
load mask from disk apply the mask
merge group

Click on oval go to selection select all
float defloat
from the kit copy and paste a paper of
choice selection invert delete
select none delete the original

Click on rectangle do the same as in #2 above

Click on circle do the same as in #2 above

Click on rectangle2 do the same as in #2

From the kit copy and paste element72 image
resize 75%
move to the right side of tag

From the kit copy and paste any other
embellishments of choice
resize position where you like see my tag as reference

Copy and paste your tube of choice resize if
needed
position to the left of tree

Add your name and copy right

Copy merged paste in animation shop duplicate
15 times
for a total of 16 layers

From my supplies open the sparkles edit
select all edit copy
click back on the original tag we just
duplicated
edit select all edit paste into
selected frames
position on the tree keep pasting on the tree
as many times as you like
and any where else on the tag you like
