In psp open up the template go to image resize 85%
than go to image canvas size 700 by 700 delete the water mark
un x the white back ground

Still on white back ground layer from the scrap kit
copy and paste a paper of choice go to layers load/save mask
 load mask from disk apply the mask of choice merge group

In layer palette click on merged circles go to selection select all float defloat
 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none
delete the original layer

Click on large circle do the same as in #3 above

Click on large circle2 do the same as in #3 above

Click on medium circle do the same as in #3 above

Click on small circle1 do the same as in #3 above

Click on small circle2 do the same as in #3 above

Click on small heart1 delete it from the kit copy and paste heart05
position it where heart1 was

Click on heart2 do the same as in #9 above

From the scrap kit copy and paste frame07 move to bottom of layer palette
above mask layer duplicate image mirror

position in middle of both frame07 layers

Click on top layer in layer palette copy and paste your tube of choice

From the scrap kit copy and paste any other embellishments of choice resize
 position where you like see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

From the kit copy and paste kiss02 image resize of choice duplicate position both where you choose click on the top kiss02 merge down to the bottom kiss02 go to effects plugins dsb flux bright noise apply these settings:intensity31 click mix1 time copy merged paste in animation shop

Back in psp click undo apply same settings but click mix2 times
copy merged paste in animation shop after current layer

Back in psp click undo appy same settings but click mix3 times copy merged
paste in animation shop after last layer

Image resize of choice save as a gif all done
